While we’ve built your sofa to last, there are a few things our standard assurance doesn’t cover:

This includes things like fabrics softening or maybe a little fading, cushions becoming extra comfy, or those little everyday marks that tell your sofa has been enjoyed.

Spills, a little accident with a pen, a playful pet – these kinds of mishaps, while sometimes unavoidable, aren't covered under our frame assurance. This also includes any damage from not taking care of your sofa according to our simple care tips or if any changes are made to the sofa after it leaves our hands.
